Inmate Communications

โ€“

โ€“

Crowley County Sheriff’s Office understands that inmates need to be able to communicate with their legal counsel, family and friends. While they are in custody you may write to an inmate by following the information below:

Our inmate phone system is through Cidnet, you can go to https://customer.cidnet.net/ to set up an account.

Inmates will have access to telephones and kiosks that they may use for video calls, voice calls and messaging. They can buy phone time through the kiosk or their friends and family may buy phone time through the website. Friends and family can set up an account with www.customer.cidnet.net to buy phone time and use the video calls and messaging features. To set up an account with cidnet you will need to have a photo id. Phone messages WILL NOT be taken for inmates unless there is a verifiable death, birth or sickness in the inmates immediate family or a call from their attorney of record.
Phones are available to inmates from 8am to 10pm. No calls will be made during lockdown hours.
The phones will not be used to harass, yell at or threaten anyone. This will result in a loss of phone privileges and possible criminal charges.
Attorney/client phone call are not recorded. All other phone calls are recorded at all times.
