Things have been progressing fast when it comes to what is available for dispatchers to help you with medical, fire and law enforcement needs. We have been lucky enough to have a few new programs come to us to aid our dispatchers in getting critical help to our citizens quickly.

- Code Red is an Emergency Notification System that our citizens can sign up for to get automated notifications for weather issues, missing child reports and other important notices. Please use the link and go sign up.
- Rapid SOS is an intelligent safety platform that securely links data to 911 and first responders. It connects more than 500 million devices directly to 15,000+ first responder agencies. Rapid SOS Portal is a free solution that provides critical and vetted data to 911 telecommunicators from 350M+ connected devices, including real-time location, caller profile, vehicle crash data, and more to support their life-saving work.
- Prepared Live is another program that we have in dispatch that allows us to text callers and allows them to not only send us photos but also livestream situations that would be helpful for us to be able to see – like a fire or traffic accident.
